1. Shipping Information

We offer reliable and fast shipping to make sure your Pin Passions products arrive safely and on time.

  • Processing Time: Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
  • Shipping Methods: We offer Priority shipping. Available shipping methods and rates will be displayed at checkout.
  • Delivery Times: Shipping times depend on the method chosen and your location. Please allow up to 2-8 business days for delivery for domestic orders.
  • International Shipping: We only ship within the United States. If you are outside of the United States please contact us before you purchase so we may give you a shipping quote.
  • Shipping Costs: Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the size, weight, and destination of your order. We occasionally offer free shipping promotions – be sure to check for any active offers.

2. Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this to track your order on the courier's website. If you have any issues or questions regarding your order, feel free to contact us.

 

3. Returns & Exchanges

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase! If for any reason you're not happy with your items, you may return them under the following conditions:

  • Eligibility: Returns and exchanges are accepted within 10 days from the date you received your order.
  • Condition: To be eligible for a return or exchange, items must be unused, in original condition, and with all original packaging (if applicable).

    • Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs, unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., damaged or incorrect items).
    • Refunds: Once we receive your returned items, we will inspect them and issue a refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days. Shipping fees are non-refundable.

4. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at [contact@pinpassions.com]. We will arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.

 

5. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, customized products, clearance items, or products marked as non-returnable are not eligible for returns or exchanges.

 

6. Exchanges

We do not currently offer exchanges, sorry.
